The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a course and deliver it, we never sell your data, and you can ask for it to be deleted anytime.
01 — WHAT WE COLLECT
You give us: your name and email (checkout, email capture, mentorship application), plus whatever you write in application answers or emails to us.
Stripe collects: your payment details. They never touch our servers — see Stripe’s privacy policy.
Automatically: basic analytics (pages visited, device type, referrer) if analytics are enabled — aggregated, not used to identify you.
02 — WHAT WE DO WITH IT
Deliver your purchases and access details · send purchase-related emails (welcome, delivery, receipts) · send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click, anytime · review mentorship applications · improve the products. That’s it.
03 — WHAT WE NEVER DO
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We never share it except with the processors below, or if the law requires it.
04 — WHO PROCESSES IT FOR US
Stripe (payments) · [EMAIL TOOL — e.g. ConvertKit] (email delivery) · [HOSTING — e.g. Netlify] (website) · [FORM TOOL — e.g. Tally] (mentorship applications) · [ANALYTICS — e.g. Plausible/GA, if used]. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
05 — COOKIES
The site itself uses only functional storage (e.g. remembering where you left off in a lesson). Stripe sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. If analytics are enabled, they may set a cookie — details in [ANALYTICS TOOL]’s policy.
06 — YOUR RIGHTS
Ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it — email contact@antoinenguyen.com and we’ll action it within 30 days. EU/UK residents: this is your GDPR right set; Californians: CCPA equivalent. Unsubscribing from marketing never affects your purchased access.
07 — RETENTION
Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Mentorship applications that don’t proceed are deleted after [6] months.
