Plain-language terms for The Six-Figure Creator courses, digital products, and mentorship, operated by Antoine Nguyen, based in Dubai. By purchasing or using anything on this site, you agree to these terms.
01 — WHAT YOU’RE BUYING
Digital educational products: online course lessons, downloadable templates (LUTs, contracts, decks, emails), and — by application — 1:1 mentorship. Everything is delivered digitally; nothing physical ships. Access details arrive by email after payment clears.
02 — LICENSE, NOT OWNERSHIP
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own creative work and client projects. You may use the templates and LUTs in unlimited commercial projects of your own. You may NOT resell, share, redistribute, teach from, or repackage any course content, template, or LUT — including inside paid communities or “free” downloads. One license = one person. Practice-pack footage is for training only and may never be published, portfolio’d, or presented as your own work.
03 — PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in USD and may change at any time — changes never affect purchases already made. Module purchases credit toward the Full System upgrade as described at checkout.
04 — REFUNDS & GUARANTEES
Course (modules and Full System): the 90-day pays-for-itself guarantee — if you complete the lessons, do the drills, and apply the outreach system for 90 days and the course hasn’t paid for itself in client work, show us your work (completed drills, outreach sent, calls taken) and we refund in full. This guarantee rewards effort, not inactivity: refund requests without demonstrated work are assessed case by case at our discretion.
Mentorship: terms, including the 12-month pays-for-itself guarantee and its tracked criteria, are agreed in writing before the engagement starts.
05 — NO INCOME GUARANTEES
“Six-Figure Creator” describes the path we teach, not a promise. Results shown (client names, income figures, testimonials) are real but not typical — they depend on your effort, market, and circumstances. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
06 — THE CONTRACT TEMPLATE IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE
The Contract™ and all legal-adjacent templates are educational starting points drawn from working practice, not legal advice, and create no lawyer-client relationship. Laws differ by country and state — have a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction review any contract before you rely on it.
07 — ACCESS & UPDATES
Course access is lifetime — meaning the life of the product, which we commit to maintaining for at least [3] years from your purchase, including all content updates free. Sharing your access is grounds for revocation without refund. We may update, reorganize, or improve content at any time.
08 — LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outcomes of client engagements you undertake.
